Hey. My cat died in November from Fatty Liver Disease. It was just too late by the time i started force feeding him. He was 9lbs. 7lbs when he died. I think your cat has a chance. 11lbs is far better than what my cat started off at.. Force feeding is hard, but don’t give up. You might have to do it for weeks, like I did. (approx a month) Regardless, I wish you the best of luck! Dont give up on her!

Oh god I’m so sorry about your kitty. That breaks my heart. I went ahead and had the tube placed, because she was not taking the force feedings well at all. Thank you for your kind words.
